I seared steaks with BONE MARROW, It’s a game changer!
Recomended Side Dish:

Ribeye steaks
Salt
Pepper

Bone Marrow
Thyme

Step 1
In a container add a good amount of water then some salt, mix well to dissolve the salt and then add your bone marrow and let it sit in the water bath overnight.
Step 2
The next day place them in the oven on the broil setting and let the bone marrow fully melt. Be sure not to burn it, once its fully melted take it out and strain the melted marrow into a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to solidify.
Step 3
Season your steaks with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Make sure you season both sides then place them in a vacuum bag to be cooked sous vide.
Step 4
Cook the steaks sous vide @135°F / 57°C for 2 hours. Once done take them out and pat them dry.
Step 5
Your going to pan sear them in the bone marrow for 1 minute and a half on each side. Then add the thyme and garlic and baste the steak for an additional 30 seconds.
Step 6
Now all that's left is to slice up the steaks and enjoy the beauty that is the BONE MARROW seared steak!
