Pasta Chips and Sauce
These pasta chips and sauce are so quick and easy to make, but they are absolutely amazing. Check it out!
Ingredients
Penne Pasta
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Smoked Paprika
Pasta Chip Sauce
2 tbsp Greek Yorgut
1 tbsp Feta Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Paste
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Sushi Vinegar
Salt
Step 1
Cook your penne pasta until they are al dente, then strain the watter and put the pasta in a bowl. Add some olive oil to the pasta and season with salt, freshly ground pepper, garlic powder, onion powder ans smoked paprika.
Step 2
Mix everything well to ensure that each piece of pasta is fully seasoned. Then place them on a baking sheet with some parchment paper and spread them out. Bake them in the oven @400°F for 30 minutes, taking them out after 15 minutes and move them around.
Step 3
Now to make the dipping sauce, into a bowl add 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of fetta cheese, 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 2 tsp of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 3 tsp of parsley, 1 tsp of sushi vinegar and salt to taste. Mix everything well and your PASTA CHIPS & SAUCE is done! Enjoy!
