Sous Vide SHORT RIBS Cheesesteak
Short Ribs is one of my favorite things to eat! Today I turn it into my favorite sandwich, the cheesesteak sandwich. But I also make some spam fries that were delicious. Easy and fast recipe cooked sous vide.

Short Ribs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Cheese Whiz
Mild Cheedar Cheese
Monteray Jack Cheese
Italian Loaf
Step 1
Start by seasoning your short ribs with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. The toss them in the smoker @275°F / 135°C for 4 hours.
Step 2
Once done take them out and bag them for sous vide. Cook the short ribs sous vide @185°F / 85°C for 24 hours.
Step 3
While that's cooking make your cheese sauce. In a pan add 1 can of cheese whiz and melt it a bit. Then add a good amount of shredded mild cheddar cheese and shredded monteray jack or any cheese of your liking.
Step 4
Stir everything well until the cheese fully melts. Once the short ribs are done take them out of the bag, remove the bones and shred all of the meat.
Step 5
Toast your Italian loaf with some bread, then add your short rib and your cheese sauce over top and your SHORT RIB CHEESE STEAK is done, ENJOY!
