Spicy Garlic STICKY Ribs Sous Vide!
I love ribs and always want to try something new. Today I made some amazing korean style sticky ribs that change my ribs game completely. It has now became my favorite way to cook pork spare ribs. Just finger lickin good!

Spare Ribs

Spicy & Sticky BBQ Sauce
4 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp cherry Vinegar - Buy now
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tsp Sriracha - Buy now
1 tbsp Gochujang Paste - Buy now
Step 1
Start by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs and season them with salt and freshly ground pepper. Put your ribs in the smoker @150°F for 2 hours.
Step 2
While the ribs are smoking make a BBQ sauce. In a sauce pan melt 4 tbsp of butter, then add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and mix well. Keeping it on low heat add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 4 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp of cherry vinegar, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, 2 tsp of sriracha and 1 tbsp of gochujang paste.
Step 3
Mix everything well to combine the ingredients and let it reduce for about 2 minutes. Once the ribs are ready take them out of the bag and brush them with about half of the BBQ sauce making sure your get every piece.
Step 4
Then place the ribs in a vacuum bag to cook sous vide, cook them @165°F / 74°C for 12 hours. Once the ribs are done take them out and using the flamethrower give them a nice sear to get that crust.
Step 5
Then finish by brushing them with the rest of the BBQ sauce and your SPICY GARLIC STICKY RIBS are done, ENJOY!
