Sous Vide FLAMETHROWER BRISKET Perfection!
It has been 1yr since my last brisket! So, it about time I cook a brisket, but not any brisket THE BEST BRISKET I HAVE EVER COOKED IN MY LIFE. This was absolute perfection in every way. Great seasoning, amazing flavor and most important of all DEEEEELICIUS.
Ingredients
Brisket
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Step 1
Start by seasoning your brisket with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Then place your brisket in the smoker @145°F for 3 hours.
Step 2
Once the 3 hours has passed take your brisket out and vacuum seal it. Cook the brisket sous vide @140°F / 60°C for 44 hours.
Step 3
Once done take out the brisket and pat it dry. Then using the flamethrower give the brisket a sear to give it the bark that the brisket needs. All that's left is to slice it all up and enjoy your delicious BRISKET!
