The GREATEST Indoor Steak I ever Made!
Nothing like cooking the perfect steaks, sometimes doing that indoor can be challenging. But I finally made the best version of my indoor steak with no compromise! Results were just perfect.

Smoked Queso DipIngredients
Compound Butter
1 stick of Butter
1tbsp Freeze Dry Parsley
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Paprika

Step 1
Start by seasoning your steaks with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Remember to season both sides including the edges and bag them for sous vide.
Step 2
Cook the steaks sous vide @129°F / 54°C for 2 hours. While thats cooking make your compound butter.
Step 3
Into a food processor add 1 stick of room temp butter, 1 tbsp of freeze dried parsley, 1 tbsp of garlic paste, and 1 tbsp of paprika.
Step 4
Blend everything well and then place it on some plastic wrap. then using your indoor smoker smoke the butter for about 5 minutes using coffee bbq smoke pellets. Then roll it up tight and let it solidify in your refrigerator.
Step 5
Once the steaks are done, take them out of the bag and discard the juices. Pat them dry and sear them using the flamethrower while melting some of the compound butter over top.
Step 6
Now all that's left is to serve everything up and enjoy your amazing INDOOR SMOKED STEAKS!
