Smoked Queso Dip
Ingredients
Smoked Gouda
1 block of Velveeta Cheese
8 oz Monterry Jack Cheese
2 cans Rosted Tomatoes
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 diced Purple Onion
1 diced Jalapeño
Gugas Rub
Step 1
Into a cast iron skillet add, 1 cup of smoked gouda, 1 block of velveeta cheese, 8 oz of monterey jack cheese, 2 cans of roasted tomatoes, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 purple onion diced, 1 diced jalapeño and season with Gugas rub.

Step 2
Place it on the oven to bake @350°F for 15 minutes. Once done take it out and mix everything well and place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Step 3
Once that time has passed take it out and cover it with plastic wrap, then using your smoke gun smoke the dip for 5 minutes and your SMOKED QUESO DIP is done. ENJOY!
