$5 Bone Marrow Steak Sandwich vs $50, I’m Speechless!

If you ask me what is the best sandwich I ever had in my life, well this is it! I can not explain in words how amazing this is. The flavor is intense but in a delicious way. Combining these flavors together seems like they were made for each-other. This is as good as it gets!

Bone Marrow

Filet Mignon

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Bread

Steak Sauce

2 tbsp of Mayo

1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard

Directions

Start by brining your bone marrow overnight to remove all of the excess blood from the bone. Pat them dry and then season them with salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Place them on a baking sheet with some aluminum foil.

Broil them in the oven on its highest setting for 10 minutes. Once done take them out of oven, using your bread pat them it on the aluminum foil to soak up some of the bone marrow. Then toast the bread until nice and golden brown.

In a bowl add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and 1 tsp of whole grain mustard, mix well and your steak sauce is done.

Season your steaks with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Make sure to get both sides including the edges. Place them in a vacuum bag and cook them @131°F / 55°C for 2 hours.

Once the steaks are done take them out of the bag and pat them dry. Using the flamethrower, sear the steaks to give them a nice crust.

Then slice them up thin and place them on some bread with some of the steak sauce and the bone marrow on the side. All that's left is to enjoy your delicious BONE MARROW STEAK SANDWICH!
