Alaskan WHOLE King Crab Experiment!
Alaskan King Crab is usually found in the Gulf of Alaska, and I was able to get my hands on one! This Alaskan King Crab was enormous. So I decided to do a little experiment and cook the WHOLE thing, half Sous Vide and the other half on the grill. This is the recipe, take a look!

Alaskan King Crab
Butter
Step 1
Start by separating all the legs from the body using a towel to make sure the spikes don't poke you.
Step 2
Once you do that you have to separate the meat from the shell.start by cutting off the knuckles from each of the legs, then you can follow that by using kitchen scissors to cut off the shell to reveal the meat. Now bag it for sous vide and add butter to the bag before setting it to cook.
Step 3
Cook the crab sous vide for 20 mins @140°F / 60°C. In the mean time melt some butter to dip the crab in.
Step 4
Once done remove it from the bag and serve up with the melted butter and enjoy this insanely delicious ALASKAN KING CRAB!
