Béarnaise sauce
This is considered the GREATEST steak sauce in the world, and once you try it you’ll understand why. Check It out
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp lime
1 stick of melted butter
1 tbsp Shallots
1 tbsp Tarragon
Salt
Pepper
Step 1
In a pan melt a whole stick of butter and let it cool down, then into a hand blender add 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp of white vinegar, the juice of half a lime and a pinch of salt. Blend everything well until everything is completely mixed.
Step 2
Slowly start to add the melted butter while blending. Make sure to only add the clarified butter, don't add any of the solids. Once fully incorporated add 1 tbsp of shallots and 1 tbsp of tarragon, mix well to combine again.
Step 3
Slowly add some water to liquefy the sauce a little bit. Do not add too much, just enough to make it less thick. (i recommend doing it with a spoon, and just add little by little as needed).
Step 4
Now just add it to anything you like and enjoy the GREATEST steak sauce in the world!
