Cajun Chimichurri

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cilantro

1 tbsp Freeze Dry Parsley

1 tbsp Sun Dry Tomatoes

1 Red Bell Pepper

4 Cloves of Garlic

2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 tbsp Feeze Dry Oregano

Salt

Pepper

Olive Oil

Directions

Add 1/2 Cup Cilantro, 1 tbsp Freeze Dry Parsley, 1 tbsp Sun Dry Tomatoes, 4 Cloves of Garlic, 1 Red Bell Pepper, 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp Feeze Dry Oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Blend everything well and add to a bowl.
