Corn Bread
This is the perfect side dish to help cleanse your pallet from some delicious BBQ ribs. Check it out!
Ingredients
1 Cup cornmeal
3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1/8 Vegetable Oil
3 tpbs Butter
Step 1
Into a bowl add your dry ingredients, 1 cup of cornmeal, 3/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Mix everything together and then in a separate bowl mix your wet ingredients.

Step 2
Into the bowl add 1 cup of whole milk, 2 eggs, 1/8 cup of vegetable oil and 3 tbsp of melted butter. Mix everything together and then combine the wet and dry ingredients together.

Step 3
Into a cast iron with some nonstick spray add some of your batter but do not fill it to the top so that it has space to rise.

Step 4
Bake your corn bread @350°F / 167°C for 25 minutes and your CORN BREAD is done! Enjoy.
