Garlic Bread
This garlic bread is a game changer and it’s super easy to make. It’ll have everyone begging you for the recipe. Check it out!
Ingredients
Country Loaf Bread
1 stick of Soft Butter (IRISH BUTTER)
10 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Step 1
In a vacuum bag place your 1 stick of Irish butter and 10 garlic cloves. Cook them sous vide @185°F / 85°C for 2 hours. This will melt your butter and confit the garlic.

Step 2
Once the time has passes place everything into a blender and mix together. Then add 1 tbsp of parsley and 1 tbsp of lemon zest. mix and place in the refrigerator to completely solidify.

Step 3
Once solid cut your bread in half and spread all of your butter on the bread. Then sprinkle 4 tbsp of parmesan cheese over top and toast it in the oven until its nicely golden brown. Now all that's left is to serve and enjoy!
