Garlic Roasted Potatoes
These roasted garlic potatoes are the perfect side to any steak because as we all know steak and potatoes are the perfect match. Check it out!
Ingredients
Potatoes
Olive oil
Garlic
Thyme
Step 1
Start by peeling your potatoes and cutting them into 4 pieces. Partially boil the potatoes, while they are boiling in a pan with some olive oil add some chopped garlic and cook them up until they have some color then add some fresh thyme.

Step 2
Cook it on medium heat to let the ingredients combine. Once done strain the oil but keep the herbs. Once the potatoes are done place them on a baking tray and pour your oil over top.

Step 3
Mix around your potatoes to ensure that each piece is fully coated with the oil. Then broil your potatoes on its highest setting until they are nice and golden brown, making sure to flip them once to ensure both sides are cooked.

Step 4
Once done add your herbs back to your potatoes including seasoning with some salt and your GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES are done, ENJOY!
