I COOKED the most DELICIOUS RIBS of my LIFE!
I have cooked many ribs, but none like this! These ribs are so good that we could not keep our thoughts together. My favorite new way to cook ribs is this! Sous Vide just took it to a whole new level and most important it is easy!

Yellow Mustard
Gugas Rub
1/2 Cup Cherry Vinegar
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
10 to 20 Garlic Cloves
1 Cup of Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Cup of Honey
Step 1
Start by removing the membrane on the back if the ribs and then using yellow mustard brush a light coat on your ribs to use as a binder. Then season the ribs with a good amount of Gugas rub and smoke them for 3 hours @160°F.
Step 2
While the ribs are smoking make your sauce. Into a pan add 1/2 cup of cherry vinegar, 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar and 10-20 finely chopped cloves of garlic. Mix everything well and let it reduce, now add in 1 cup of soy sauce and bring it to a light simmer.
Step 3
Then add 1 1/2 cup of honey and mix well. Let it cook for about 5 minutes and your sauce is done. Once the robs are done in the smoker take them out and vacuum seal them . Cook the ribs sous vide @165°F / 74°C for 12 hours.
Step 4
Once your ribs are done take them out and brush a nice layer of your sauce over top. Then place it back in your smoker on its highest setting to get your glaze to set. Now all that's left is to take them out, slice them up and enjoy your STICKY GARLIC RIBS!
