I made STEAK POKE bowl better than Chipotle, It’s FIRE!
I made the most incredible steak poke bowl ever and i can honestly say it was a lot better than chipotle. Check it out!
Ingredients
Brisket
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Rice
Carrots
Cucumbers
Oranges
Kimchi
Fetta Cheese
Lettuce
Crispy Onions
Step 1
Start by seasoning your brisket meat with salt, freshly ground pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Then place them in a vacuum bag for sous vide.

Step 2
If you like your steak medium rare cook it @135°F / 57°C for 2 hours. If you like it more well done then cook it @175°F / 79°C for 2 hours. Once the meat is cook to your desired temperature take them out and pat them dry.

Step 3
To sear the meat use the flamethrower to get a nice crust. Then slice the meat and cup it into little cubes.

Step 4
Now all that's left is to assemble, in a bowl add some cooked rice along with some shredded carrots, diced cucumbers, kimchi, fetta cheese, crispy onions, lettuce and some orange slices. Add whatever sauces you like and enjoy your STEAK POKE BOWL!
