I used LAVA Salt on Steaks and this happened!

I never heard of lava salt, today I give it a try to find out how good it is with some steaks. I have no idea what to expect and here what happened.

Ingredients

Bone In Ribeys

Lava Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Directions

Start By seasoning you steaks with the lava salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Then place the steaks in a vacuum bag to get them ready for sous vide.

Cook the steaks sous vide @135°F / 57°C for 2 1/2 hours. Once they are done take the steaks out and pat them dry so you can give them a nice sear with the flame thrower.

Once you've given the steaks a sear while basting them with butter to get a crust, all thats left is to slice them up, pair them with the side of your choosing and enjoy your delicious LAVA SALT steaks!
