Roasted GARLIC Steak Experiment with perfect side dish!
If you love steak and the amazing flavor of garlic this video is perfect for you. Roasting your garlic or smoking it is one of the best thing you can do with when cooking a steak. On this video I show you my take on this next level combination.

Step 1
Start by seasoning your steaks with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Then bag them up to cook them sous vide, cook the steaks @135°F / 57°C for 2 hours.

Step 2
In a cast iron skillet add some halved garlic heads, then season them with some olive oil, thyme, salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss the garlic in the oven @350°F for 40 minutes.

Step 3
Once the steaks are done take them out and pat them dry. Sear the steaks with the flamethrower to give them a nice quick sear, then slice them thin.

Step 4
Take a slice of steak and one clove of garlic and spread it on the steak to make a paste. All that's left is to enjoy your ROASTED GARLIC steaks!
