Sous Vide ALASKAN COD FISH
Sous vide healthy eating today guys. We have been eating amazing steaks and I decided it’s time for a light meal. For this cook I got some beutiful Alaskan Cod fish from my local butcher and I could not pass it up.
Ingredients
Alaskan Cod
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
Parsley
Step 1
Start by seasoning your fish with smoked salt, freshly ground pepper, thin lemon slices and fresh parsley.

Step 2
Vacuum seal it and cook it sous vide @135°F / 57°C for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Once done take them out and give them a nice sear using the flamethrower to give them a little char.

Step 4
Now all that's left is to serve them up with whatever you like and enjoy your delicious ALASKAN COD!
