Sous Vide CAJUN Steak BITES Most Flavorful Steak Ever!

Nothing like Cajun food! Today I am making an awesome steak bite that is very easy, simple and delicious to make. Making them sous vide insure medium rare doness and using this cajun butter just makes it 100% more delicious!

Ingredients

Tri Tip

Salt

Cajun Butter

1 Stick Room Temp Butter

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Directions

Season your tri tip with a good amount of salt. Make sure to season both sides of the steak. Then vacuum seal it and cook it sous vide @131°F / 55°C for 3 hours

In a bowl add 1 stick of room temperature butter, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 tsp of smoked paprika.

Mix well to combine all the ingredients and then cover it with plastic wrap and using a smoke gun smoke it for 15 minutes. Then place it in plastic wrap, roll it up and let it solidify in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Once the tri tip is ready take it out and cut it into cubes, the in a wok with some grape seed oil sear your meat to make sure every piece has a nice crust.

Then finish it by adding some of your cajun butter on it and mix it to melt the butter and your CAJUN STEAK BITES are done, ENJOY!
