Sous Vide CHICKEN FRIED TOMAHAWK Steaks!
YES, yes! Tomahawk Chicken Fried STEAK Sous Vide. WOW why didn’t I think of this before! I have to say this is absolutely AMAZING! The flavor of this is indescribable we all have a hard time describing the winner of the amazing cook.
Ingredients
Tomahawk Steak - Buy now
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
2 cups almond flower
4 tbsp cajun seasoning
Corn Oil
Eggs
Milk
Step 1
Start by seasoning your steaks with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Make sure to season both sides, then vacuum seal them and cook them sous vide @135°F / 57°C for 3 hours.

Step 2
While that's cooking make your seasoned flour, on a baking tray add 2 cups of almond flour, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of pepper and 4 tbsp of cajun seasoning. Then on a separate plate add 3 whole eggs and a little bit of milk and mix.

Step 3
Once your steak is done take it out of the bag and pat it dry. Then dip the steak in the egg wash, followed by coating it with the seasoned flour. Then flash fry the steak in corn oil @450°F for about 30 seconds or until you have a nice golden brown crust.
