Sous Vide CITRUS CHICKEN THIGHS

Perfection achieved! Best Sous Vide Chicken we ever had! These chicken thighs were absolutely amazing. They are flavor packed and it will not disappoint you. The marinate I made for it came so good that even ninja loved it. Check it Out!

Ingredients

Chicken Thighs

1 Orange

1 Sweet Onion

1/2 Cup Parsley

2 Red Sweet Peppers

1 Lime

1 Lemon

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 cup of concentrated Orange Juice

Directions

Into a blender add 1 peeled orange, 1 sweet onion, 1/2 cup od parsley, 2 red sweet peppers, the juice of 1 lime, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of smoked paprika, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar and 1 cup of concentrated orange juice.

Blend everything together to combine all the ingredients. Then add your chicken to a vacuum bag along with your marinade and let it marinate in your refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

After 12 hours take the chicken out and cook them sous vide @167°F / 75°C for 3 hours. Once the chicken is done cooking, take them out and pat them dry.

Finish them by searing them on the grill with some charcoal to give them a nice crust on both sides. Now all that's left is to serve them up and enjoy your CITRUS CHICKEN THIGHS!
