Sous Vide Fancy Salmon

This is by far the most FANCY SALMON I have ever made, seen, eaten or got praise on. This is like a 3 Michelin Star Restaurant dish that was made in my office by and normal untrained guy… (ME!) As you know we love MEAT but after that our favor is seafood and you can never go wrong with salmon. We love all types of sea food and today I went over the top with this sous vide salmon which truly was PERFECT.
