Sous Vide Mashed Sweet Potatoes
These sous vide mashed sweet potatoes are absolutely amazing and they are super easy to make. Check it out!
Ingredients
4 cups of sweet potato
1/2 cup milk
1/4 stick of butter
1 tbsp vanila extract
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cream cheese
Salt
Step 1
Start by peeling and dicing your potatoes into nice equal pieces. Then add them to a vacuum bag along with 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 stick of butter, 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, 4 tbsp of brown sugar, 1/2 block of cream cheese and a pinch of salt.

Step 2
Vacuum seal everything and cook it sous vide @180°F / 82°C for 4 1/2 hours.

Step 3
Once done take them out and then mash the potatoes while they are still in the bag. Once fully mashed cut a hole on the bag and just pipe out the potatoes onto a plate.
Step 4
All that's left is to serve and enjoy these amazing MASHED SWEET POTOATES whit whatever you like. (Hasselback turkey is a perfect pair!)
