Sous Vide OSSO BUCO Perfection – Aka OSSO BUCCO!

Voted 2018 BEST recipe so far, this cook was the most amazing cook so far for 2018! The most tender, flavorful and DEEEElicious dish you will every cook. I am telling you guys. If you never had osso bucco, you have to give it a try. it is absolutely amazing. So easy and simple to do. Hope you enjoy this video.

Ingredients

4 Veal Shanks - Buy now

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

2 tbsp Clarified Butter

2 cups caned diced Tomatoes

2 cups White Onions

2 cups Carrots

4 Bay leaves

1 cup fresh Parlsey

Lemon Zest

1 cup of white Wine

Directions

Start by tying your veal shanks with butchers twine to make sure that they keep their shape. Then pan sear them with 2 tbsp of clarified butter to give them a nice crust.

In the same pan add 2 cups of chopped white onions and cook them until they are translucent. Then add 2 cups of celery and 2 cups of carrots, cook them for about 2 minutes. Then add 1 cup of white wine and 2 cups of diced canned tomatoes. Finish by seasoning it with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Then add the veal shanks to a vacuum bag along with the sauce and cook them sous vide @175°F / 79°C for 24 hours.

Once it's finished cooking take everything out of the bag, serve it with whatever you like and enjoy your amazing OSSO BUCCO!
