Sous Vide PORK BELLY!
Sous Vide PORK BELLY! You guys have been asking me for this! So I have to delivery. This fatty goodness was AMAZING! Making it sous vide is perfect for this delicious pork candy!
Ingredients
Pork Belly
1 cup of Soy Sauce
1 cup of Green Onions
2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
3 tbsp of Seasame Oil
2 tbsp of Salt
2 tbsp of Sriracha
1 tbsp of Black Pepper
Step 1
Start by making your marinade for the pork. Into a blender add 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of green onions, 2 tbsp of minced garlic, 3 tbsp of sesame oil, 2 tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of sriracha, 1 tbsp of black pepper.

Step 2
Then blend everything up to combine all the ingredients. Add your pork Belly into a vacuum bag along with your marinade then vacuum seal it and cook it sous vide @150°F / 65°C for 35 hours.

Step 3
Once done take it out of the bag and pat it dry. Then shallow fry the meat in some oil (be careful for splatter and do not add too much oil because it will over flow).

Step 4
Once it has a nice golden crust and the skin is nice and crispy, take it out and chop it up. Now all that's left is to enjoy your amazing PORK BELLY!
