Sous Vide STEAK MARSALA Perfection!
I love Chicken Marsala, but I’m a steak guy and wanted to try my own version of this dish and it turned out amazing! Check it out!
Steak Marsala Sauce
Juices from the Bag
2 cups of Mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Step 1
Start by seasoning your steaks with salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Make sure to get both sides, then vacuum seal them and cook them sous vide @135°F / 57°C for 2 1/2 hours.
Step 2
Once done take them out and pat them dry but do not get rid of the juices. Pan sear the steaks in a hot pan to get a nice crust.
Step 3
Now add 2 cups of mushrooms and then de-glaze with the juices from the bag. Cook the mushrooms while seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Then add 1/2 cup of marsala wine and let it reduce. Once its reduced to about half, melt 2 tbsp of butter in the sauce then add 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
Step 5
Mix well then add your steaks back into the pan with the sauce and finish by seasoning with 2 tbsp of parsley and your STEAK MARSALA is done, ENJOY!
