The Best SPICY STEAK I ever made, WOW!

Ingredients
Ribeye Steaks - Buy now
Salt
150g Doenjang - Buy now
150g Gochujang - Buy now
35g Green onion
10g Garlic
35g Ginger
50g Honey
20g Sesame oil - Buy now
150g Rice wine vinegar - Buy now
35g Grape seed oil
Step 1
Start by making the marinade for your steaks. Into a bowl add 150g Doenjang paste, 150g Gochujang paste, 35g of green onions, 10g of garlic paste, 35g of ginger paste, 20g of sesame oil, 150g of rice wine vinegar, 35g of grape seed oil and finish it up with 50g of honey.

Step 2
Mix everything well and set it to the side. Get your steaks and season them well with salt, make sure to get both sides including the edges. Then cover the entire steak with the marinade and bag them up for sous vide. Cook the steaks @135°F / 57°C for 2 1/2 hours.

Step 3
Once done remove the steaks from the bag and discard the liquids. Pat the steaks dry and sear them using the flamethrower to ensure you get a nice crust.

Step 4
Then slice up the steaks and serve them with some rice and a little bit of the marinade sauce you made to dip them in and your SPICY KOREAN STEAK BOWL is done, ENJOY!
