The GREATEST Chicken Recipe I ever Made!

Fried chicken is always good, but this one is special. I never thought that this would be so amazing and it truly was. This Nashville Hot Fried Chicken is out of the world and the best part is that it’s easy to make.

Ingredients

Chicken Thighs

Salt

2 Cups Whole Milk

4 tbsp Hot Sauce

2 Whole Eggs

Seasoned Oil

3 tbsp Cayenne Pepper

3 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp smoked paprika

2 tsp salt

Directions

Start by seasoning your chicken with just salt. Then place it in a vacuum bag and cook it sous vide @167°F / 75°C for 2 1/2 hours.

In a bowl add 2 cups of whole milk, 4 tbsp of hot sauce and 2 whole eggs then mix well. Then on a baking tray add some all purpose flour and season it with salt.

In a bowl add 3 tbsp of cayenne pepper, 3 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of smoked paprika and 2 tsp of salt, mix everything well.

Once the chicken is done take them out of the bag, then dunk them in your wet mix followed by coating them with your seasoned flour.

Then flash fry them in some oil until the crust is nice and golden brown. Using some of the oil pour some on your spice mix to make your seasoned oil.

Once your done frying the chicken, brush some of the seasoned oil over the chicken and your NASHVILLE HOT FRIED CHICKEN is done, ENJOY!
