The One STEAK Appetizer I can’t Stop Making!

If you love steak, this episode was made just for you. I mean, I can not say enough how good and amazing this is. The flavors is just perfect together and most important, it’s so easy to make!

Ingredients

Filet Mignon - Buy now

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

French Bread

Butter

1 tsp Garlic Paste

2 tsp Parsley

Red Chimichuri Sauce

Balsamic Onion Jam

2 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 Large Sweet Onions

½ tsp Salt

½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar

½ Cup Brown Sugar

Aoli Sauce

Sour Cream

HorseRaddish

Black Pepper

Salt

Directions

Place your steaks on a cutting board and season them with , salt, freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. Don't forget to season the board as well so that you can roll the steaks and season the edges.

Put the steaks in a vacuum bag and cook them sous vide @129°F / 54°C for 2 hours. While that's cooking slice up 2 onions and add them to a pan with 2 tbsp of butter and start cooking them until they get a little bit of color. Add 1/2 tsp of salt to help speed up the process.

Once the onions get a nice golden brown color add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar. Mix well to combine and let it cook intil everything is fully dissolved.

Now to make your garlic bread. In a bowl melt 8 tbsp of butter, then add 1 tsp of garlic paste and 2 tsp of chopped parsley and mix well. Slice up some french bread into thin slices then add some of the butter on one side and toast them up until nicely golden brown.

Lastly make your aoli sauce. In a bowl add a good amount of sour cream, followed by some horse radish, freshly ground black pepepr and 1 tsp of salt and mix well. By now your steaks should be done, take them out and pat them dry.

Give the steaks a nice crust by searing them with the flamethrower. Once done slice them up and assemble your appetizer. On a slice of bread add some of your onion jam, followed by the aoil and some chimichuri, then lastly with the filet mignon.

Now all that's left is to serve them up to your family and friends and watch them react to this amazing FILET MIGNON appetizers. ENJOY!
