We tried the RAREST Chicken I could find!
I love trying new things, today I got the chance to cook after seeking it for a long time. The big question is, will I be disappointed with my search?
Recomended Side Dish:
Ingredients
Ayam Cemani (Black Chicken)
Salt (to taste)
Gugas Rub (to taste)
Step 1
Start by butchering your chicken to separate the dark meat from the white meat. Then season well with salt and Gugas rub.
Step 2
Vacuum seal the chicken and cook them sous vide @ 167°F / 75°C for 2 hours.
Step 3
Once done take it out and pat them dry. Then give them a nice char on the grill while basting them with butter.
Step 4
Now all thats left is to serve and enjoy your BLACK SILKY CHICKEN (Ayam Cemani)!! Enjoy!
